Session Description

The Autodesk Forge platform delivers brilliant technologies that enhances the daily work also in the desktop world. This session will explain and show how to benefit from the forge APIs within your desktop environment with practical, real examples. See how to use the Forge Viewer within Vault, or how to leverage the Design Automation API with your local files, how to use the Data Management and Derivative API. This session will explain how Cloud and Desktop can work together today, with practical examples and so give you new ideas for your business. (Joint AU/Forge DevCon class).

    Marco Mirandola is CEO and founder of coolOrange, a company focused on creating software for Autodesk, Inc.’s, Data Management products and providing services to Autodesk resellers. He has been in the Autodesk network for more then 15 years and has worked for 4 years as product manager for data management at Autodesk. His team experience includes implementation, configuration, and customization in many small and big data management projects around the globe.

  • Klaus Loerincz - Mechanical Engineer, Autodesk GmbH

    Klaus Loerincz is a Consulting Team Manager for Autodesk PLM/PDM products based near Stuttgart, Germany. Klaus has more than 17 years of experience in data creation and data management with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Having joined Autodesk® in 2006, Klaus has extensive experience with both Autodesk PLM/PDM products and ERP systems (such as SAP®), is a specialist for Autodesk/SAP integrations, has pionered the the Autodesk Cloud Applications and is a professional project manager. Prior to that Klaus worked as a Mechanical Engineer and Project Manager for Companies like Hewlet Packard and Puztmeister Concrete Pumps in Germany and in the Americas.
